Ann Arbor to rebuild and expand low-income housing

The Ann Arbor Housing Commission plans to demolish and redevelop two low-income public housing sites at North Maple Estates on Maple Road just north of Dexter Avenue, and Lower Platt at 3451 Platt Road south of Packard Road. More housing units to follow as funds from the sale of the old ‘Y’ lot become available.
